The Polish furniture industry is one of the leaders in production and export of furniture in the world. A lot of factors determine our high position, including, among others, knowledge and experience of entrepreneurs. In order to meet requirements of highly competitive foreign markets, furniture companies must and want to train on many levels. Therefore, the knowledge transferred to them must stand at a very high substantive level and very often it must also be supported by personal experience, constantly obtained from the current market. The guarantor of such prepared lectures is Mr. Jerzy Osika, with whom the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Furniture Manufacturers has been cooperating for several years, successfully implementing several training projects every year.
Jerzy Osika is a great trainer and lecturer, and above all a GREAT MAN, enthusing people with good energy and positive thinking. On his trainings he arouses enthusiasm for change, for leaving the comfort zone, for seeing a chance in every threat. Knowledge gained during trainings about “mountains and valleys” of life of every company and every human being, helped us realize that success is not once and for all, and we have to fight for it all the time. I have great pleasure working with Mr. Jerzy for over 10 years on activities promoting the clothing and textile sector. When I met Mr. Jerzy Osika a few years ago at one of the conferences, I knew at once that we would work together one day. This opportunity appeared during organizing one of cyclic conferences organized by PZU LAB SA for representatives of the Polish industry.
